Return & Exchange Policy
At Kiomilet Wholesale, we strive to provide you with all the information you need for a successful return.

Note: All returns, and exchanges are subject to Manager approval.
General Policy for E-Comm or In-Store Returns
Restocking Fee
Product returns may be denied or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and other charges deemed necessary by Kiomilet Wholesale Electric. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Return Shipping Policy
If the return is the result of an error by Kiomilet Wholesale, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When Can I Expect My Refund?
Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective material returns are subject to the manufacturer’s defective, freight, and handling policy. A refund is not guaranteed.
Custom, Special orders, or Special Offers
Walters does not issue credit on any cut wire, or issue credit on any made-to-order materials/products. Custom orders and/or special items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.
All sales are FINAL on any items categorized under these descriptions:
- Clearance
- Blowout Sale
- Special deals
Non-Stock Items
Non-stock product returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and their freight and handling policy. A refund is not guaranteed. Without a receipt non-stock items are not returnable.
Non-Trade Accounts – E-Commerce Orders
Our 30-Day Policy
All returns and exchanges for e-Commerce orders may only be processed online through our customer service center within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Center
Product Condition
Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials and other items, including
- Instruction booklets
- Packing inserts and packing slip
- Plastic bags
- Blank warranty cards
- Original invoice
- Copy of order confirmation email
- Copy of return authorization email
Also, please include the original receipt with the product.
Please remember that returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a refund. This means:
- The warranty card must be blank.
- All parts and instructions are present and undamaged.
- The item is unused
- The item has all the original packaging
- In resalable condition
Trade Accounts- E-Commerce Orders
All returns and exchanges for e-Commerce orders may only be processed online through our customer service center. Trade Accounts can handle returns and exchanges in any store by contacting their sales representative or by contacting our customer care center
Note: For returns online, please follow the policy for Non-Trade Accounts.

Walters In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Receipt Policy
No cash sale or non-trade account refunds or exchanges accepted in the store without a receipt on products purchased from Kiomilet Wholesale.
Non-Trade Accounts- Returns
Any stocked products purchased can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
If the store is unable to return the cash amount, a check will be mailed to the customer within one week of return. If purchased using a credit card, refunds must be tendered to the same card per California law. If payment was tendered with a check, a check will be sent to the customer from Walters Corporate office, allowing for one week.
Product Condition
All products must:
- Be in original packaging
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Contain the original invoice.
Refund Method with a Receipt
Returns will be refunded at a price paid on the invoice and refunded in the same manner that the payment was taken.
Trade Accounts- Returns
Any stocked products purchased on a Trade Account can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations within 60 days of purchase.
Product Condition
Products must be
- Be in original packaging
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Contain the original invoice.
Refund Method with a Receipt
Returns will be refunded at a price paid on the invoice and refunded in the same manner that the payment was taken.
Refund Method without a Receipt
Returns will be refunded at the lowest price paid or at billed, if available. Your refund will be processed in the same manner that the payment was taken.
